More single-family homes in Los Angeles are slated for demolition and replacement with multifamily buildings.  The Los Angeles City Planning Commission signed off on a proposal for a mixed-use development at 1410-1422 Main Street in Venice, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The development would rise in the place of two neighboring single-family homes.  The project comes from Three on the Tree LLC, which is managed by local developer Jason Teague and investor Brittany DeBeikes, according to Urbanize.
