Brookfield is trimming its Los Angeles County industrial holdings with its latest disposition in La Mirada. Brookfield sold the 248,100-square-foot industrial facility at 14555 Alondra Boulevard in La Mirada to Overton Moore Properties for $58.5 million, L.A. Business First reported. CBRE’s Joe Cesta and Eric Cox represented Brookfield in the transaction. The price pencils out to $236 per square foot. The space is leased to MEI Industrial Solutions, which provides end-to-end industrial services.
