Regent Properties’ plans for the 19-acre former ABC Radio broadcast facility in Valley Village are coming to light. Regent paid over $70 million for the property at 12755 Burbank Boulevard last year. It recently filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to redevelop it with housing, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.  The plans call for 303 for-sale homes across the largely vacant land.
