That’s according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which produces the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles. The weekly roundup counts Los Angeles County properties listed in the Multiple Listing Service for $4 million or more. The eight-bed, 10-bath home at 2180 Stradella Road in Bel-Air topped the report based on its $16.5 million asking price. That pencils out to $1,744 per square foot.
