The Brentwood home of Los Angeles legal giant Arthur Greenberg has hit the market for the first time ever with an asking price just under $30 million. The listing works out to $3,215 per square foot for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home at 223 North Carmelina Avenue in the West Los Angeles neighborhood. The home was built in 1990 for Greenberg, who was a founding partner of Century City firm Greenberg Glusker.
