Another single-family home in Los Angeles is poised to give way to small-lot homes. Developer Shlomo Grawitzky filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning calling for the subdivision of a 4,931-square-foot corner lot at 5323 West Blackwelder Street in West Adams to clear the way for four-single family homes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
