As the silver tsunami washes across the country, another California developer is looking to serve the growing population segment with a new eldercare complex in Chatsworth. Charter School Property Solutions’ founder Larry Rieder filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning for a three-story senior care facility at 10963 Old Santa Susana Pass Road in Chatsworth, which used to be the site of an adult daycare facility, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
