Former KCBS-TV weather forecaster Tony Williams secured a deal for the Beverly Hills chateau sold by actress Jean Kasem, The Real Deal has learned. Williams, who delivered the weather for CBS’ Los Angeles station up from the mid-1990s until 2003, paid $12.2 million, or $2,778 per square foot for 1027 Ridgedale Drive. That’s a 32 percent drop from the $18 million, or $4,098 per square foot, Kasem originally sought in late June when the for-sale sign went up.
